New Product WOLLATROP SE
|

If it is about putties, cementing or compensation materials: The first impression is essential. How to process the material and how much is needed - these are important questions. Therefore, product developments especially have to control viscosity. The new generation of anorganic thixotroping agents follows this purpose.
WOLLATROP SE is a new material that modifies rheology and is based on a clay compound. Even in challenging formulas it provides an outstanding thickening effect. Furthermore, we particularly paid attention to the fact that the material is harmless. Additionally, the special structure of WOLLATROP SE reduces dust formation of the products.In times of dust-free formulars, this reduces the addition of undesired materials like oils. Our smooth modification allows longer storage times.
Being an economic alternative with high efficiency and superior characteristics, WOLLATROP SE may be the thickener of the future!

Product counterfeiting may cause damages in market success but in human beeings too. Unfortunately, non-compliance of working instructions and brand piracy occur again and again and in the worst case they do not only cost money. With HOP SHP we offer a marking system that can be used unnoticed from outside and thus, can be helpful to follow up respective incidents.
This unique system is as easy as useful. Verification methods are simply do do at site and do not need any laboratory researches. Test equipment is easy to handle.
To be verified in different ranges and colours, possibilities of this system are enormous and a lamellan structure within the range of 5 to 60 µm can be recognized without any doubt. Differences to other systems are significant. HOP SHP cannot be revealed with today“s methods and thus, can protect your product. Uses are as widespreaded as codification possibilities: starting with food packing and ending with tunnel construction.

When extraordinary characteristics of materials are required, fibres are used preferably. Besides the general glass fibres, there are different other possibilities available depending on the individual purposes. However, these are often accompanied by some problems like missing UV stability or high prices.
To solve these problems, we have added a new material to our line that provides excellent thermal stability as well as UV stability.
These basalt fibres have already been used in aeronautics due to its high flexibility and mechanical resistance. Furthermore, they can be used to reinforce construction chemical products and plastics. Additionally, these incombustible fibres are suitable for isolation in high or low temperature areas, finally in automotive and high quality systems with high mechanical resistance.
There are different lengths of fibres available.

The subsidiary of the European Coating Show where HOP/OMG are already exhibitor since the beginning of 1992, is the American Coating Show in Charlotte with full success. The planned visitor number was already achieved on the second day of the exhibition. The balanced program of HOP/OMG attracted many visitors.
Visitors came from the entire America, Japan, Korea, India, Russia and various States of the EU.
After 3 days of service to our customers we could summarize a positive balance.
Charlotte we will see you again!

In order to realize REACH regulations, we tested together with our sub-suppliers if our products as well as the ingredients are subject to registration.
Additional we commissioned an external company to verify our products regarding REACH registration.

The product is declared as preparation. One component is a natural substance and exempt from registration according annex V point 7, article 2 § 7(b). The other component is a chemical substance and will be pre-registrated/registrated by the manufacturer
